Having gone through different life stages with a busy and stressful banking job, living in a hustle bustle city, two (heavy) pregnancies, and constantly attending to the needs of my household...etc., I am truly grateful that I had been practicing yoga for over 20s. Regularly playing the Tibetan singing bowls also awakened my senses, being more mindful and helped me achieve my overall wellbeing. With age and experience, I have come to realize the fact that I may not become an aggressive yoga practitioner/instructor but I love the way it is. I appreciate and understand that not only every body is different but one's body and condition also evolve as time goes by. All you need is finding a practice that suits you best in the present moment.
