I have been the Housekeeping Manager for two and a half years, I lead a team of ten to twenty staff memebers to ensure our high standards of cleanliness are met. I oversee the cleanliness, orderliness and safety of the hotel. I manage the laundry staff, the inventory and handle guests compliants realted to cleanliness.
Before I was manager I was a housekeeper, laundry attendant, and the house person. I was in charge of making sure the laundry was completed for the entire hotel as well as ensuring all public spaces were hygienically and esthetcally clean.
