• I worked as a VSO (Visual Security Officer) for my first three months, then I moved up as an asset protection detective.
• As a VSO, I visually detected possible shoplifters, reported them to the detectives on the floor, and helped clean the store and rove the area after closing.
• Actively working potential shop lifters and any suspicious activity in the store.
• Hands-on security during apprehensions and detaining subjects.
• Using closed-circuit television to watch potential shoplifters, detect suspicious activity, and replay cameras, as well as burning footage for the police.
• I have been apart of 182 apprehensions on shoplifters stealing merchandise since I started as a detective.
• Experience writing narratives and reports when incidents occur, whether that involves merchandise recoveries or apprehensions. Also sharing reports and narratives for the San Francisco Police Department to further prosecute subjects.

• Helped contractors and other customers locate certain lumber, and helped load their trucks and vehicles.
• I cleaned up the lumber yard so trucks and cars wouldn't run over the wood.
• Helped load and unload orders for our forklift drivers.
• Provided good customer service for customers.
