Work Handled:




Finance and Accounts:

• Preparation of Quarterly and Annually Financial statements according to accounting standards and analytical analysis of the same.
• Ledger scrutiny of Books of Accounts,
• Monitoring General Accounting and day to day accounting work.
• Accounting and management of Fixed Assets.
• Accounting and management of Investments
• Bank Reconciliation
• Preparation of Credit Monitoring Analysis (CMA) Report/ Projected Balance Sheets .
• Tax Credit Reconciliation,
• Carrying out Internal Audits
• Statutory compliances like PF/ ESIC/ TDS/GST




Indirect Taxation:

• Manage GST Annual Returns GSTR 9 and 9C and ensure filing of returns on time
• Manage GST Monthly Returns GSTR 1 and 3B and ensure filing of returns on time
• Receiving and replying to notices of GST Annual Audit Assessments
• Handling VAT Audit Assessment at VAT Office
• Review Indirect tax Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Implementation of GST amendments.




Internal Audit:

• Analysis of Revenue booking system
• Analysis of Debtor and creditor Ageing,
• Analysis of Stock and stores
• Analysis of Payroll system
• Analysis of purchase orders
• Analysis of billing process
• Bank Reconciliations
• Compliances of Statutory dues.




Statutory Audits of Banks:

• Checking of Loan Documentations
• Analyzing NPA accounts
• Checking of Stock
• Preparation of Tax Audit report and LFAR.




Taxation:

• Tax Audits- Balance Sheet, Form 3CD and Income Tax return
• Statutory Audits- Balance Sheet Finalization, Deferred tax and MAT Applicability, Income Tax return, CARO report
• Trust/ Society Audits- Balance Sheet Finalization- standalone and consolidated, Income Tax return
• Filing of Income Tax Returns of Individuals
• Handling Income Tax assessment
• TDS compliances and preparation of TDS and TCS returns.
