My specific proficiencies include being approachable and adaptable to a wide array of fitness programs and levels; working well with a variety of people; and ensuring that my participants are safe and having fun. I have a vast amount of experience teaching an older population. I am able to teach chair based fitness classes, stretching, pilates, body composition, mat workouts, and overall fitness classes adapted to your demands and needs.
