At MardaLoop Brewing, I enjoyed my work as a lead server and shift supervisor. Some daily responsibilities included:

• Key holding, opening, and closing duties.
• Pouring draft beer and handling all drinks.
• Supervising all servers on shift.
• Addressing conflict and being solution-oriented towards customers.
• Providing additional support to all front-of-house staff.

My time at Healthflow Naturopathic allowed me to gain experience in a fast-paced, clinical environment, where patient privacy and sensitivity are a high priority. Front desk responsibilities included:

• Answering phone calls, following up with patients, booking appointments, filing insurance, creating online documents, and mailing shipments.
• Key holding, opening, and closing shifts.
• Organizing, ordering, and taking inventory of the clinic's supplements.

I was a main server at Yamato and worked closely with my manager. Daily responsibilities included:

• Opening and closing duties.
• Directing hosts and server assistants.
• Pouring liquor and all fountain drinks.
• Cashing out and distributing tips.
• Answering phones and packing to-go orders.

At HomeSense, I worked as a cashier and in general customer service.

• Handled cash and completed transactions.
• Assisted customers in finding specific products.
• Unpacked shipments in the warehouse, organized them, and took inventory.

During my time at Waterfront Cafe, I worked as a barista and a hostess.

• Running the till and entering orders.
• Making coffee, handling pastries, and running food.
• Opening duties.
