- Organize and manage regional scouting staff - 2 Ontario, 1 Quebec, 1 Atlantic
- Assist Director of Player Personnel/POE Management with National Junior Team evaluations, selections, and scouting administration (depth charts, analytics, statisticts, etc.)
- Identify players that fit the criteria of the "Canadian Way" that will help win a World Championship
- Create a template that is a baseline of player criteria that scouting staff looks for in the selection process
- Assist in the coordination and execution of U17, U18 and U20 Summer Showcases
- Attend and manage U17, Hlinka/Gretzky, and U18 World Championship teams
- Work close with coaching staff on player personnel, character assessment, and post-event evaluations
- Oversee RinkNet scouting software - reporting, scheduling, adjustments, set-up
- Provide feedback to NHL personnel on player inquiries following events, camps, tournaments
- Build all depth charts and long lists for U17, U18, U20
