• Providing holistic personal care to residents, ensuring that the resident’s activities of daily living needs are met as per policy and procedure

• Facilitating feedings and baths for patients who are incapable of caring for themselves

• Administer suppositories and fleet enema as per the nurse delegation
• Monitoring vital signs, blood pressure, heart rate/pulse, Respiratory rate, temperature, and Oxygen saturation
• Correcting and recording fluid intake/output
• Collecting urine and stool specimens
• Administering Insulin via SC injection, oral and topical medications
• Wound Care & IV Priming
