• Administer parenteral and enteral route medications safely, performing my 3 checks and having the knowledge and competency skills to administer the medication
• Excellent observations skills to ensure wounds are free from infection as well as observing for any edema and taking change in the level of consciousness
• Taking vital signs and reporting any abnormal finding to the charge nurse and consulting with other coworkers to collect more data on how to proceed safely.
