Food Runner / Busser

• Confirm food items with guests upon delivery.
• Verify all takeout and DoorDash orders before bagging.
• Stock server stations with ice, glassware, silverware, condiments, etc.
• Buss and reset tables in an efficient manner.
• Assisting hosts to organize tables for larger parties.

Closing Duties

• Restock the salad bar area and all back-of-house condiments.
• Sanitize and restock the bathrooms.
• Carry out and sanitize all rubber mats.
• Scrub, sanitize, and dry back-of-house floors.

• Buss and reset tables in an efficient manner.
• Monitor and stock server stations when needed.
• Run drinks and appetizers.
• Maintain overall restaurant cleanliness.

• Organize materials and supplies for easy access during construction operations.
• Work closely with mentors to understand project objectives.
• Clear debris from demolition sites and dispose of them properly.
