Brittany Pearson

Duties include but are not limited to: keeping students safe, assessing different issues and resolving problems between students, attending to students with small/minor injuries, radioing the team in a crisis situation, creating fun activities for students, reward systems to help students succeed.

• Assist elder with basic daily duties, such as cleaning, grocery shopping, medical care, meal prep, and transportation

• Supervised and monitored the safety of children, prepared nutritional meals, assisted with personal hygiene, organized activities to aid in development, and maintained cleanliness of activity areas

• Opened and closed store, collaborated with staff on meeting daily goals, trained new staff on policy and procedure, responsible for opening and closing store, tracked inventory on a weekly basis, reset merchandise, provided exceptional customer service, and created weekly staffing schedules
