- Smiling, making eye contact with and greeting customers as well
as guiding customers to the location of the requested items. - Telling customers about ongoing sales, discounts and
promotions and making small talk with customers. - Responding to and handling customer inquiries, requests and
concerns in an effective manner, over the phone and in person. - Handling multiple customers in an effective and efficient
manner and dealing with challenging situations in a professional
manner. - Learning about new products on a regular basis and keeping up to date on product locations. Following company policies and procedures, and ethical standard while conducting sales activities.
- Increased sales revenue by building strong rapport with customers and recommending appropriate products based on their needs.
