- Standard Proctor tests and Gradation Analysis.

- Visual identification of types of soil at obtained from drilling.

- Unconfined compressive strength.

- Atterberg Limits and Grainsize analysis testing.

- Rapid Chloride Penetration, NT Build test, and Air Void System.

- Salt Scaling test on a concrete slab.

- Slake Durability and Abrasion tests.

- Flat and elongated particles, crushed/uncrushed particles.

- Asphalt-coated particles determination.

• Performed annual MTO soil, aggregate, and concrete correlation testing to maintain the proper efficiency certification of the laboratory.
• Operated, maintained, and calibrated testing equipment and instruments. Trained junior staff members under proper supervision.

• Performed a wide range of tests on asphalt materials, including Bulk and Maximum relative density on asphalt mix, asphalt binder characterization, aggregated gradation analysis, asphalt content determination, asphalt/concrete core logging, unit weight, and Marshall test for pavement mix design.
• Assisted in the preparation and improvement of asphalt mix designs and performance per client requirements and MTO standards.
• Prepared test reports and documentation and generated statistical analysis reports to submit to clients.
• Delivered and collected QA/Referee samples from CCIL-certified laboratories and sampling for CCIL standard tests.
• Fieldwork included slump and air testing of concrete, soil compaction testing, and monitoring quality standards from blueprints.

• Conducted inspections of repairs and rehabilitation operations for road sections and parks-recreation centers within Brampton city.
• Supervised construction and maintenance of concrete curbs, sidewalks, asphalt/concrete road surfaces, storm sewers, catch basins, bus transit pads, interlocking, driveways, and maintenance holes.
• Liaison with contractors and workers regarding the pattern of work schedules and made sure work is done in compliance with city standards, schematic drawings, and contracts.
• Inspected rebar and concrete pouring for bridges, building structures, and concrete footings as well as engineered fill and trench backfill.

• Performed Aggregate Testing - Primarily Gradation Analysis, Abrasion test, and Micro-Deval Tests on Fine and Coarse Aggregates.
