Emmanuel Efealukwu has over 20 years of practical experience in civil and geotechnical engineering projects, including design and construction of residential and public structures, geotechnical, hydrogeological and geo-environmental investigation, shallow and deep foundations, preparation of proposals based on RFP/TOR from municipal infrastucture project clients, experience in developing Terms of Reference, scope of work, specifications and materials for projects including RFQ, RFP, preparation of Bids and Tenders for linear and transportation infrastructure development projects. Emmanuel conducts geotechnical investigation initiation, planning/monitoring and inspection of geotechnical engineering/foundation projects. Emmanuel has extensive experience in geotechnical investigation design parameters analysis and recommendations in roads, bridges and pavements, watermains, and sewers, public transit and project management.

• Regional Express Rail-On Corridor, Toronto, 2021, The On Corridor Works project is the largest capital infrastructure project in Ontario's historic GO Rail Expansion program. Role: Geotechnical Investigation Lead.
• Union Station Enhancement Project (USEP), Toronto, 2020, A GO Expansion project that is required in advance of the On-Corridor Works project. Role: Geotechnical engineer.
• Etobicoke Creek Trunk Sewer Improvements and Upgrades, Mississauga and Brampton, Ontario, 2022, Senior Geotechnical Engineer. Responsibilities included organizing geotechnical investigation.
• Mimico Creek Oakville Sub. Bridge Rehabilitation, Toronto, 2023, Geotechnical Engineer. Responsible for the workplan methodology development.
• Various water and wastewater infrastructure Geotechnical, Geo-Environmental and Hydrogeology Investigations, City of Mississauga, 2019, Geotechnical Engineer/Project Manager. Responsibilities included organizing geotechnical investigation.
