Summary

I have been pediatric Registered Nurse of almost 13 years. I started my career in inpatient nursing, then moved to an emergency setting in 2013, where I continue to work present day. I am looking to solidify my education, and acquire the certificate that recognizes my work experience. My strengths include quick clinical judgment skills, hardworking ethic, and being passionate about providing a safe work environment for the pediatric population, their families, and my coworkers. I worked two years of medical nursing as an ESN that helped form a foundation for adult nursing. I can work in a fast-paced environment, while still remaining calm and give adequate care to difficult patients in high-stress situations. I have developed strong relationships with my coworkers and team, and have stepped into some leadership roles, including filling in for the PCC role when we are short staffed.
