• Monitor and evaluate performance to uphold strict adherence to safety protocols.
• Implement quality assurance measures to continually enhance operational efficiency.

Communication

• Facilitate clear and effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
• Address and resolve any communication challenges that may arise during operations.

Safety Compliance

• Ensure rigorous compliance with national and international aviation safety standards.
• Exercises decision-making to enhance operational efficiency, with a steadfast commitment to prioritizing safety as the paramount consideration.

Emergency Response

• Develop, implement and execute comprehensive emergency response procedures.
• Collaborate with relevant authorities and agencies during critical situations.

Technology and Systems Management

• Stay current of advancements in air traffic control technology; implement upgrades and changed in procedures as necessary.
• Manage and maintain air traffic control equipment and systems efficiently.

Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain meticulous records of air traffic control activities
• Conducts, documents and reports monthly operational safety assessments to meticulously verify and uphold compliance standards
• Generate comprehensive reports for higher authorities and stakeholders.
• Oversees comprehensive performance management, adeptly addressing conduct and discipline matters. Ensures a robust whistleblower protection framework for individuals disclosing or reporting wrongdoing. Demonstrates a commitment to fostering Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and promoting Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion (DE&I) within the organizational framework

Collaboration
