- Provide comprehensive care to a full spectrum of NICU patients, including extreme prematurity, late-preterm infants, grower–feeders, sepsis evaluations, and respiratory distress- utilizing respiratory support modalities such as BCPAP, HFNC, mechanical ventilation and HFOV.

- Team Lead capable RN: Oversee unit operations, manage assignments, anticipate staffing needs, maintain safe workflow, facilitate communication, and de-escalate concerns involving staff, parents, or patients.
- High-Risk Delivery RN: Attend deliveries requiring NICU presence; provide immediate neonatal stabilization, respiratory support, and safe transport to the NICU in accordance with NRP when indicated.
- Transition trained RN: Attend routine newborn deliveries, complete initial assessments, provide thermoregulation and glucose screening, and facilitate breastfeeding before transferring infants to the maternal–infant unit.
- Maternal Infant Unit trained RN: Provide/support parents ability to perform newborn care, complete assessments, provide parent education, and early identification of infants requiring escalation.
