I have a Bachelor of Science (Biology) degree and with this, I completed courses in written communication, computer science, English, math, sociology, psychology and core French courses. I have experience in multiple roles in my most current role as a Plant Program Inspector with CFIA such as conducting audits, certifying and inspecting importing and exporting commodities, enforcement of Federal Acts and Regulations, ensure compliance protocols are followed, communicating policies, assessing PCP's, CPIQ audits, PCI's, collecting samples for laboratory analysis and regulations with industry and regulated parties administrative duties. I am fluent in working with excel, word processing, Microsoft office tools, outlook, communicating effectively via phone, email and meetings, setting up inspections, invoicing, assisting in setting up accounts, writing and mailing out letters, maintaining files, maintaining confidentiality, problem solving and attentive to detail. I strive to maintain a good record with my employee by keeping up to date with training programs, excellent attendance, open to expanding my skills, leading teams and acting as a mentor to my colleagues. I hope to be considered for this position as I am confident I would make a great fit.
