I am fluent in working with excel, word processing, Microsoft office tools, outlook, communicating effectively via phone, email and meetings, setting up inspections, invoicing, assisting in setting up accounts, writing and mailing out letters, maintaining files, maintaining confidentiality, problem solving and attentive to detail. I strive to maintain a good record with my employee by keeping up to date with training programs, excellent attendance, open to expanding my skills, leading teams and acting as a mentor to my colleagues.
