• Provide advanced strategic processes to handle efficient aspects of all baggage services for Air Canada,Eva Air,Air New Zealand,Ethiopian Airlines,Turkish Airlines,Asiana,Thai International and Air China.
• Strong management of warehouse safety and overall baggage system for terminal.
• Ensuring prompt and accurate response to all handling requests for handling company by responding,collating and transferring required baggage handling information into BRS computer system.
• Communicating with aircraft Dispatchers and ramp coordinators via radio and telephone,including any last minute rush tagging requirements for late arrival/transit customers.
• Developed and maintained courteous and effective working relationships.
• Worked well in a team setting, providing support and guidance.
• Strong management of a team to encourage on time departures and efficient baggage handling processes in a safe environment.
• Manage all incoming calls from other airport departments via mobile phone including standby requests,ULD capacity and managing any dispatcher requests.
• Implementing quick decisions for departing aircraft to depart on time,advising all personnel involved the current status of the flight.
• Responsible for the health and safety of employees on duty.
• Manage and schedule workers to ensure all operational service levels are satisfied.
• Operate airside vehicles to transport baggage to aircraft side.
