Anthony Aurignac

With over a decade of experience in real estate sales, Anthony Aurignac has successfully sold more than 500 commercial and multi-family units, achieving a sales volume exceeding $300 million. He began his career in 2014 in property management, which provided him with a solid foundation in the multifamily market and a deep understanding of the investment side of real estate. Anthony has developed a passion for multifamily and investment sales, particularly focusing on distressed assets where value can be created. Today, he is recognized as a market leader in San Luis Obispo County in this specialty. His expertise in off-market sales allows clients access to exclusive opportunities not available to the general public, giving them a competitive advantage. Additionally, he offers expert guidance on tax-deferred 1031 exchanges and installment sales, ensuring clients can rely on him for comprehensive support during transactions.

Founded in 2021 by Anthony Aurignac, Brennan Titus, and JP Knapp, ERA Management Co. is proudly based in San Luis Obispo, CA. With extensive experience in the local real estate market and direct ownership of over 450 units in San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties, we recognized the need for a third-party management company that approaches property management with the same care and dedication as we do for our own investments. This owner-first philosophy is at the heart of everything we do, and we take pride in the trust and satisfaction we’ve earned from our clients. ERA Management now oversees more than 800 multi-family residential units and approximately 70,000 SF of commercial office, industrial, and retail space across the central coast, including properties in San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, Ventura, and Santa Cruz counties.

• Since 2018, Anthony has been an active real estate investor in the multi-family space. He purchased his first property with a partner, which was a 4-plex and a half-acre lot, thus allowing him to build an additional ten apartment units. The existing units would carry the property, and he would have additional upside with future development, which is commonly known as a covered land play. Moving forward, he would continue to purchase properties with his clients. As a real estate broker, Anthony's clients would love the fact that he was "putting his money where his mouth is," and truly believed in the deals he was trying to sell. In addition, his management company would handle the day-to-day operations of each property after they closed escrow, thus creating a seamless and easy transaction for his clients. By the age of 30 Anthony owned twelve properties, which totaled 118 units with his partners and clients.

• Anthony Aurignac began his real estate career in property management and residential real estate sales under his father and broker in 2014. As he began his real estate journey, he quickly realized that residential sales were not the direction he wanted to continue, and he would rather focus on property management and change course to commercial real estate. By managing properties for investors, he quickly realized how to create additional value through different processes. In addition, he would be constantly speaking with the property owners, who are usually investing in properties on a regular basis. By helping his clients gain additional value in the properties, they would come to want to duplicate the same process over and over again, giving him not only a steady income stream from management, but also a healthy sales business. In 2018, Anthony took over the real estate brokerage and began to continue building up both sides of the business. As the management company grew to almost 100 units, Anthony realized that he couldn't continue to do everything on his own and decided that the only way to continue to have growth would be with solid infrastructure. Anthony decided that a strategic partnership with one of his clients out of Santa Barbara would be the best way to scale the company. In 2021, Anthony founded Era Management Company alongside two business partners. Shortly after the Founding Era, Anthony would want to rebrand his sales company to give it a new face that would identify with his passion for commercial real estate. In 2022, he founded Venture Real Estate, a commercial real estate brokerage that would assist his clients with acquisitions and dispositions across California. By the end of 2023, Anthony would dissolve Aurignac & Associates and devote all his time to Era Management and Venture Real Estate.
