Anthony Aurignac has over eleven years of experience in real estate sales, management, and development. In addition, he’s a Founding Partner of Era Management Company. Era currently manages apartment communities, as well as single- and multi-tenant commercial buildings.
With over a decade of experience in real estate sales, Anthony Aurignac has successfully sold more than 500 commercial and multi-family units, achieving a sales volume exceeding $300 million. He began his career in 2014 in property management, which provided him with a solid foundation in the multifamily market and a deep understanding of the investment side of real estate. Anthony has developed a passion for multifamily and investment sales, particularly focusing on distressed assets where value can be created. Today, he is recognized as a market leader in San Luis Obispo County in this specialty. His expertise in off-market sales allows clients access to exclusive opportunities not available to the general public, giving them a competitive advantage. Additionally, he offers expert guidance on tax-deferred 1031 exchanges and installment sales, ensuring clients can rely on him for comprehensive support during transactions.
