As a head coach, I mentor 10-14 coaches in a 4-month self-development program to help them navigate weekly coaching sessions with their participants registered in the program. Commitment as a head coach includes conducting weekly coaching calls, attending weekly classes, and 3 full weekends to support an average class size of 100 individuals who complete assignments and a community project. The intent of the program is to provide each person with the learning, tools, and support to reach their own personal and business goals and to be a leader in their communities.


Big Brothers Big Sisters of Halton Hamilton

Youth Program Coordinator - September, 2019 to present


As a compassionate Youth Leader and Mentor, I facilitate the GO GIRLS program available to girls aged 10 yrs-13 yrs old in elementary schools throughout Halton and Hamilton during the school year. All sessions are 50-minutes and run twice a week. The GO GIRLS program offers a network for female-identified participants to feel connected and build positive relationships with their fellow students and Mentors. They are provided with tools to support physical activity, healthy eating, positive self-esteem, and communication skills.
