Since 1985, I have worked with children, starting as a swim instructor for ten years. I earned a Bachelor of Arts with a focus on teaching French as a second language. After that, I became a police officer with the District of West Vancouver, where I taught the Drug Abuse Resistance Education (DARE) program in the local schools. Later, I joined the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. Currently, I teach skiing primarily to children at Mount Seymour. I am looking to retire from my current position as a sergeant with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and seek a role as an on-call teacher while pursuing my BC Teaching Certificate.
