• In addition to basic security duties, I train new guards and assist with developing standard operating procedures for security officers
• Oversees day to day operations and provide feedback to officers on their performance during shifts
• Manages scheduling and uniform inventory for Securitas
• Provides guidance and passes on all the information to officers to handle daily tasks according to management’s needs.

BARRIE CITY CENTRE

• Performs access control and FRONT DESK duties such as greeting and helping visitors with their queries
• Does periodic foot patrols and acts as a first point of contact in case of emergencies
• Inspects health and safety procedures and responds to fire, elevator, water, break in or vandalism related incidents and makes necessary reports.

• Patrolled and monitored premises to secure guests safety, prevent theft, violation or infraction of rules
• Reported suspicious behavior and made sure that all exit and entry points were secured
• Assisted guests with their queries and submitted daily surveillance reports at the end of shift.

• Handled production, final production inspection and packaging duties to make sure final product was well cooked and packed for logistics
