Capstone Engineering - Developed an online platform for buying and selling of Standardized Industrial equipments and spare parts.

Six Sigma project - Used DMAIC in a print and pack company and analyzed it using Minitab.

Facility location Project - Used CPLEX, ARENA, AHP to decide on a facility location choosing our own product and also considering supplier locations. We decided manufacturing of Leaf springs using which we located the suppliers in Montreal location and decided the facility location. Also designed the facility and analyzed material movement.

Discrete Simulation Systems - Reducing waiting times, queues, overall time in the system with the use of simulation software ARENA for a clinic in Montreal.
