When I first started working for Flexport my job was to pick and pack. When we pick we get jobs and go from aisle to aisle to get the items needed to make customer orders that will then be packed. I was then trained and became a problem solver. As a problem solver I help with customers orders that have been canceled, orders that haven't been packed and need to be packed and sent out, and any problems my coworkers have when picking or packing. I've also had the opportunity to train new associates with packing and picking.

For Uber Eats i would deliver customers food and groceries. I was self employed and would do Uber full time. I would start in the morning and finish around 5pm and some days late at night. For uber I would pick up customers orders and delivered the food or groceries at the location shared on the app.

My job at fedex was to unload and load trailers. When I first started working for FedEx Ground I would only unload trailers. My managers liked how fast I got my work done and would send me to other departments to help out. I was then switched to loading trailers and then loading carts that would carrier IC's which where big heavy items that were not able to go on the conveyer belt.

When I first started working for Walmart my job was to organized curtain areas of the store and help costumers find what they wanted and needed. After some months I would put up mods which was when we would take out everything from each aisle and replace it with new merchandise or organize it differently and change prices. The last months working for walmart I would have the duties and responsibilities a lead would have but without the position. I trained new associates and had the same projects my leads would have.
