I started at Island Custom Cabinetry in the summer of 2011 as an entry-level shop worker running machinery and performing basic assembly tasks. Over time, as my skills developed and the direction of the business changed, I was able to advance in my role and take on more responsibility within the operations of ICC. I developed skills in gaining further knowledge of the operations and programming of various tools and machines across the shop and, ultimately, advanced to managing order processing for the manufacturing side of the business. In twelve years working at ICC, I have grown from an entry-level worker to the point where I now have multiple years of experience managing multiple clients' orders and accounts and task management of multiple employees. I am passionate about the cabinetry and building industry and enjoy working with machines, technology, and other like-minded individuals who share these interests.
