I have worked all my teen years waiter in Albania, in restaurants that had italian gastronomy. Summer was full time, 12 hr shifts everyday and trust me, in restaurants that you didnt have any free time to take a break. During the university i worked part time mostly and weekends.
I am well prepared and i can handle a lot of pressure being also calm all the time. I love working with people, because my family has a small hotel and im raised working and handling clients day to day basis. Waiter was my first job outside my family business and i loved it. Focused and reliable bringing high enthusiasm and extensive knowledge of food and the ways of how to serve it. My knowledge and love for wine is a critical exponent. I love the taste of wine and the knowledge of it.
Handling the costumers, beside their response and problems that they may bring, is another positive site of me. I have an iron patience, i smile a lot, i find the fastest and most reliable way possible in every situation.
