Ms. Chitlangia leverage this tool for fulfilling monthly , Quarterly , semi – annual and yearly contractual commitments with customer. UPT (Unified pricing Tool) – This Tool is used for creating pricing models for customer for Fixed price and fixed capacity execution types. For each deal which is priced for customer needs to be uploaded to UPT sheet for revenue and Margin outlook based upon various factors impacting customer need. Ms. Chitlangia’s role is to ensure UPT sheet is completed for each deal and priced based upon several factors like Type of deal, Seat, Location , resource load , contingency , discount , Travel and Expense , client and cognizant benchmarking rates . After populating details in UPT sheet its model for customer need and finalized along with delivery team for final quotation to customer. UPLF (Unified P&L Forecast) - UPLF offers a common window for P&L Commit, instead of sequential commits for Revenue and Margin.
