• Processed a high volume of covid-19 supply orders along with Covid vaccine billing of Serum Institute of India, Bharat Biotech, Biological E.Limited and so on, with a high degree of efficiency, which aided in customer satisfaction
• Managed accurate and timely billing for a large client base using SAP SD Module, addressing invoice complaints, discrepancies, and issuing credit memos as needed.

Assisted Contraceptive business division (CBD) & Vending machine business division (VBD)

• Efficiently managed on-time product dispatch, with a focus on Moods Condoms, using SAP transactions for daily activities such as inbound delivery, STO preparation, and accurate invoicing.
• Managed dispatch documentation, coordinated with freight forwarders, and ensured timely deliveries. Conducted monthly stock reconciliation, analyzed customer demand, and tracked in-transit vehicles and courier shipments for timely payment receipt.

• Inspects project sites to ensure design specifications and safety standards are met, and provides technical advice to a team of nearly 50 workers.
• Manages all construction, maintenance, and operations activities on site, ensuring 95% of projects are completed on time or ahead of schedule.
