Welcome clients and visitors to the Red Fish Healing Centre for Mental Health and Addiction. Manage phone inquires for the facility and ensure messages are passed to the appropriate staff member. Receiving, sorting and dispatching daily mail. Operating multi-line switchboard, fax machine, photocopier, intercom. The ability to multitask and organize in a fast pace environment.

I am a customer support agent answering calls for the British Columbia and Ontario Medical Reporting site MyCareCompass with Life Labs. I trouble shoot issues relating to the website such as missing reports, and general technical support with issues on client accounts.

Performed real time call monitoring for each of our Customer Support agents on our team and conducted monthly one-on-one meetings to go through quality reviews, check lists, and goals.

As a Medical Laboratory Technician, i performed phlebotomy on patients. This role included duties such as ECG's, 24hr Blood pressure/Heart Monitor hook ups, reception duties, data entry, handling and packaging of specimens.
