Although short, returning to my career treating Clients and making them feel great physically and mentally using my skills and knowledge, was rewarding. Maintained client treatment records and designed long-term treatment plans. This was my first experience with an EMR system and I quickly learned how to keep my files and notes organized. I kept a clean and professional Massage Therapy environment with stringent adherence to sanitization protocols. Utilized Massage techniques to address diverse needs with deep tissue, therapeutic and Sports Massage.
Small Clinic/Spa in Waterloo where I enjoyed working until I had my children and took a long leave to raise them. My Son was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes which required my full time attention but I looked forward to returning to my career once they were older.
Incredible experience learning and working at one of Canada's top Spas in Toronto. My name became well known on the PGA Tour for my knowledge of Golf, stretches to be used before/on the course and my Sports Massage.
Gained full experience of what it was like to run a company as I performed every job allowed to gain the knowledge and see if I wanted to pursue Accounting. From answering phones, data entry, greeting customers, shipping/receiving and packaging of Pharmaceutical products. Extremely rewarding position that helped me in my future career as an RMT to handle the clerical side of my job and will now serve me well with Medical Office Administrator.
