• responsibilities as a Education Associate include working with high needs children with complex physical and mental needs.

• During the race season which ran from May- September my duties in the kitchen manager position included;
• Schedule and organize a staff of 15 people
• Manage the concession during race days; keep everything running smoothly
• Prepare food prior to opening and during opening hours
• Take orders and payment at the cash register
• Take inventory and prepare for the next weeks orders

• Ensure that our customers were satisfied for the duration of their stay
