• Led a team of students to obtain the first place prize in the District's Mathematics Competition in 2012.
• Coached Grade 5 students for more than 10 years who went on to win Mathematics competitions in the district and/or island or placed in the top three.

Trained teachers at elementary schools on the island of St.Lucia to use the learning platform Edmodo during the pandemic which involved a blend of technical support, instructional coaching and collaborative leadership.
