Senior Project Development Manager

  • Initiated a project investigating the prevalence of scoliosis and treatment in Western Uganda
  • Created a specialised team and trained team members on Scoliosis and the required screening processes
  • Screened over 500 marginalised high school students in the rural town of Kabale and identified many students requiring treatment
  • Created local partnerships with orthopaedic centres throughout the Western Uganda region to treat marginalised paediatric patients with spinal abnormalities
  • Started a fundraiser to sustain the project and carry it across Uganda.
