Boxing, Running, Soccer, etc.

Since I was a child I have always wanted to be apart of a sports team due to the fact that I just loved playing with my friends and just trying to fell apart of something. As the years went by I developed healthy habits of being apart of these sports listed above. Such as learning how to managed my time when it comes to practice after school and my studies. Overall, still to this day I have learned that once I start to feel stressed out instead of lashing out and letting my anger get the best of me I take a step back and go be active outside my studies. Which leads to be learning how to manage and control my emotions.
