In 2013, I got contacted by Google as “Fitness Expert” to join then Google program “Helpouts” which I did and had my schedule outlined for clients from all over the world to be able to contact me and either have their Fitness related questions answered or being trained by me. Later on Google dissolved the program as there was not enough demand for it. Also, In 2013 I started an online Fitness magazine “Encyclopedia Of Fitness” and the related YouTube channel with the same name which was active for almost a year and because of my training clients schedule, I could not continue working on that project and had to stop it.
The sports that I have played since childhood include Soccer, Tennis, Volleyball, Swimming, Cycling, Karate, Basketball, Skiing, and Badminton. Skiing was the last sport that I took seriously which I attended in 5 competitions (One Slalom and Four Giant) from 2004 to 2008. And I got my Ski Instructor's Certification (Level 1) in 2011 as well. I also have Worked with athletes mainly Soccer players who play in LaLiga in Spain.
My main focus and passion now is focusing on hormonal changes both accrute and chronic as a result of strength training and their effect on physiological and psychological performance
