  • I have been training and coaching my clients in my garage gym location since Jun.2016. I have had clients from different age groups from 14 year old teenagers to 80 year old women. My programming is based on Starting Strength method which is based on the main barbell lifts as well as some assistance exercises. I also do a lot of coaching about nutrition as well. Also based on my studies I talk and educate my clients about healthy lifestyle habits including sleep and talk about hormonal effects of strength training on physical and mental performance. I track the progress of my clients based on their improvement on main barbell lifts as well as body composition measurements which I measure either with caliper or send them to a DEXA scan centre.

  • In 2013 after Goodlife Fitness acquired Extreme Fitness company that I was a trainer at for three and a half years, it held a few of the trainers from previous company and I was one of them. At that point I had become a Vet (Senior) trainer and had some educational roles as presenting seminars about exercise technique as well as some assistant manager roles on weekends. I was also chosen to attend the management classes to become the next generation managers in Goodlife Fitness which was and is the biggest fitness brand in Canada. These classes started in July.2013 and were finished in Dec.2013 for six months.

  • I got hired as a Personal Trainer at Extreme Fitness in Toronto and started to get clients as well as continuing my education by reading Starting Strength books and attending seminars in the club as well as other strength and nutrition related books, magazines, videos, etc. I was training my clients in that Extreme Fitness Location until Apr.2013 when Extreme Fitness got acquired by Goodlife Fitness which I stayed in the same location and continued training my clients in the new company.

Accomplishments

In 2013, I got contacted by Google as “Fitness Expert” to join then Google program “Helpouts” which I did and had my schedule outlined for clients from all over the world to be able to contact me and either have their Fitness related questions answered or being trained by me. Later on Google dissolved the program as there was not enough demand for it. Also, In 2013 I started an online Fitness magazine “Encyclopedia Of Fitness” and the related YouTube channel with the same name which was active for almost a year and because of my training clients schedule, I could not continue working on that project and had to stop it.

Training

In 2017 and 2022, I attended Starting Strength Seminars in Wichita Falls, Texas and have read the “Basic Barbell Training (Blue Book)” and “Practical Programming For Strength Training” by Mark Rippetoe four times each. As well as “Barbell Prescription” by Jonathan Sullivan and Andy Baker.

Additional Information

The sports that I have played since childhood include Soccer, Tennis, Volleyball, Swimming, Cycling, Karate, Basketball, Skiing, and Badminton. Skiing was the last sport that I took seriously which I attended in 5 competitions (One Slalom and Four Giant) from 2004 to 2008. And I got my Ski Instructor's Certification (Level 1) in 2011 as well. I also have Worked with athletes mainly Soccer players who play in LaLiga in Spain.
