As a Sending Sunshine volunteer, I had the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors who may be feeling lonely or isolated. By writing heartfelt messages and sending cheerful cards, I brought smiles to their faces and let them know they are valued and cared for.

Responsibilities:

• Create personalized cards with uplifting messages, drawings, or photos.
• Write thoughtful notes to accompany each card, spreading positivity and encouragement.
• Address and stamp the cards for mailing.
• Ensure timely delivery of cards to the elderly recipients.
