• Provide care to patients in psychiatric crisis, including short-stay admissions in the Intensive Care Unit and Assessment & Stabilization Program.
• Administer psychiatric and non-psychiatric medications and treatments following nursing care plans.
• Assess and intervene to prevent suicidality and manage aggressive behavior using non-violent crisis intervention techniques.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, clinical discussions, and patient/family conferences.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reports, adhering to CNO standards.

(BSO - Behavioural Supports Ontario)

• Lead a team of three PSW’s, two RPN’s to develop and implement treatment plans for BSO clients within Long-Term Care.
• Provide crisis intervention and support during emergency situations.
• Assess the physiological and psychological needs of individuals with mental health disorders/diseases, substance use disorders and/or developmental disabilities.
• Advocate for, administer, and monitor the effectiveness of medications.
• Coordinate care with onsite healthcare practitioners such as doctors, nurses, social workers and therapists.

• Manage healthcare office & oversee healthcare related duties for campers and staff.
• Responsible for medication administration, health information collection and storage, implementation of health plans for campers with complex healthcare issues and management of emergency situations.
• Established relationships with youth from financially-challenged homes that reflect respect, trust and empathy.

• Assist in triage & other non-invasive nursing duties within the emergency department.

• Provide support for sales staff in warehouse environment; Assist customers in acquiring product relating to sport and general hardware appliances/tools.
• Train and supervise new staff members in all departments.
