  • Conduct targeted and broad range marketing for Sellers using Social Media, Email campaigns, Open Houses and other resources as is suitable for the property and the Seller's wishes.
  • Maintain and constantly refresh knowledge of local and regional market trends to provide clear and accurate advice on marketing, purchasing and negotiation strategies.
  • Facilitate introductions and sharing of required information and documents between the client and legal counsel, inspectors, mortgage representatives, insurers and other service providers as required.
  • Communicate openly, promptly and co-operatively with other Realtors to encourage engagement and to facilitate their clients purchasing decisions.
  • Manage the storing and submission of all required documentation related to TRESA, Fintrac and any other Brokerage or Builder requirements.

Alasdair Douglas has been assisting my husband with his real estate needs since 2012 when he bought his first home with him.
Recently, he assisted my husband and I with the purchase of our second home.  It was the style of home we wanted, in the area we loved and he negotiated an excellent sale price we were happy with.
