As a Warehouse Shipper/Receiver at SPI, I efficiently managed shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of incoming and outgoing inventory. Coordinating with suppliers and carriers, I maintained optimal inventory levels while implementing effective organizational systems. Additionally, I conducted regular quality checks, documented shipment details, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to resolve any discrepancies, contributing to a streamlined and well-functioning warehouse environment.

As a server at P.F. Changs, I was responsible for ensuring the enjoyment and well-being of customers, contributing to the overall P.F. Changs restaurant experience. I consistently achieved daily sales targets and willingly worked overtime to support the successful launch of the new franchise. Additionally, I played a key role in training three new servers, ensuring they maintained healthy quotas and fostered positive customer relationships.

As a Boost Business Solutions sales representative, I was responsible for door-to-door sales of Telus products, including TV, internet, home phone, Smart Home Security, and mobile phones. I processed orders, built and maintained relationships with new customers, and assisted them in troubleshooting issues. I also consistently met company quotas.

As a commercial insulator for Thomas Group, I applied mechanical insulation materials in retrofitted commercial projects, collaborating with multiple trades such as pipefitters and HVAC contractors. Despite schedule compression and COVID conditions, I successfully completed numerous projects on time, within budget, and in a safe manner. I performed physical work and maintained a clean and efficient job site.
