- Successfully managed 7 BC Hydro projects in telecommunication domain with up to $750,000 in revenue. 5 of the projects were all managed by me to closeout for submission of deliverables and 2 are ongoing.
- Successfully allocated resources (techs) to projects in terms of their technical expertise for adequate delivery of project requirements to meet customer demands. I also schedule techs to different safety courses (PSSP CAT 2,3 & WPP) to meet BC Hydro’s safety and quality requirements.
- Reviewed BC Hydro engineering drawings for telecommunication equipment ( DACS, FOTS, ALCATEL 1603 etc) for electrical grounding, AC power supply, breakers and fuse panels.
- Completed and reviewed technical reports by passing technical comments and recommendations based on 189 BC Hydro site surveys in alliance with engineering drawings review for these microwave and generating stations.
- Collaborates through teams meetings (kickoffs, weekly & closeout meetings) with internal and external stakeholders (BC Hydro) to define project scope, resource allocation, budgeting and deliverables.
- Reviews and approves project estimates through Presto, forecasts to meet expected profit margins and variances. Fieldcap ticketing system for daily job tickets review and approval, updates projects material trackers, creates and approve purchase orders for asset purchasing/booking.
- Plan, schedule and track inventory/material and project milestones using Microsoft tools.
