After interning at the Ganga Ram Hospital to gain understanding of Cognitive Behavioral Theory,

• I developed critical thinking to break down problems, evaluate solutions and make decisions.
• I was able to resolve conflicts by listening to problems and analyzing root causes.
• Actively listened to customers, handled concerns quickly and escalated major issues to supervisor.

In difficult times of Covid-19, the strays did not get access to enough food hence, I raised funds to support strays with the help of World For All.

I directed a school program to spread awareness about, and raise funds for, sterilization drives for stray animals. I also collected funds to sterilize 30 stray cats.

Donated my hair to ‘Cope with Cancer’, which provides wigs to cancer patients.

I collaborated and planned events for the NGO, Access Life which works to support families in which the child is suffering from cancer.

• I organized a celebratory Christmas event for cancer-stricken children;
• I arranged a ‘Bake n Sale’ to raise funds for their families
• Sold Diwali diyas (lights) to sponsor the cancer treatment of children
  

I conducted art and craft sessions for the NGO’s, ‘NSCCI’, ‘Anugrah’, ‘Amcha Ghar’, ‘Hamara Foundation’, ‘Don Bosco’, and ‘Urja Trust’. These NGO's work for different purposes to support young children.

Designed a website for the NGO ‘Team Spreading Smiles’ (TSS) in order to help spread awareness of their work, the NGO's adopted by TSS and to help them raise donations.
