• Engineering work on projects with industry leaders like Tesla, Samsung, Intel, etc. These projects were dedicated to the collection and recycling of valuable chemicals and metals from semiconductor and battery factories, with a particular focus on pioneering Lithium reclamation. This pivotal work directly addressed and mitigated a pervasive waste issue in the semiconductor industry.
• Developed and designed comprehensive PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) control programs based on advanced water treatment processes. Additionally, engineered custom HMI (Human-Machine Interfaces) screens for such systems, prioritizing the optimization of user experience.
• Implemented strategic measures to enhance onboarding efficiency for new developers. This involved incorporating graphic enhancements and modularization of objects across diverse projects, streamlining the learning curve for team members.
• Demonstrated proactive problem-solving by enhancing and expanding features in previously deployed projects. Notably, resolved a critical issue in an aging plant where email notifications failed due to the discontinuation of the Microsoft email server used in the code. Devised a creative solution by implementing a Python-based code, seamlessly enabling the transmission of plant alarm messages via text to customers' phones.
