Duties included:

• Safety Instruction: Instructed students about safety practices, including proper use of equipment, awareness of mountain hazards, and the skier’s code of conduct.
• Engaged with Students: Build rapport with students to make them feel comfortable and motivated, especially beginners.
• Adjustments: Guide students adjust bindings and settings on their skis or snowboards to suit their ability.

• Performed various restaurant duties including greeting customers, taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling payments, and maintaining clean environment according to the standards of the health and safety requirements of the store.

• Prepare pizzas with the team lead
• Organize orders for deliveries
• Clean the areas where food is handled
• Follow the orders of team lead efficiently
• Assist team lead in restocking inventory
• Assist team lead with customer orders

• Greet customers warmly, respond to inquiries, assist in locating products, and provide guidance to support informed purchasing decisions.

• Handling cash, credit, debit, and gift card transactions accurately. Processing returns and exchanges as needed, and ensuring the checkout process is smooth and efficient.
• Being familiar with the store’s products, promotions, and services, such as pharmacy services, cosmetics, and health-related items, to provide helpful information to customers.
• Ensuring that shelves are well-stocked, organized, and clearly labeled. Assisting with inventory management and reordering items.
• Ensuring the store is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times, including sweeping floors, wiping counters, and maintaining neat displays.
• Following company protocols regarding customer safety and store security. Reporting any suspicious activities and ensuring a safe shopping environment.
