Motivated and detail-oriented undergraduate biology student at Santa Monica College with a strong interest in genetics and molecular biology. Seeking a research internship to gain hands-on experience, strengthen laboratory skills, and deepen scientific understanding in preparation for transfer to a four-year university. Equipped with foundational knowledge in gene regulation, protein synthesis, and cell signaling, as well as basic laboratory techniques such as enzyme activity assays and protein electrophoresis.
