1.From 2015.10 - 2016.06 I worked as associate attorney in the Neonlight Inc. V. Vbulb Vision case. Provided the team with legal drafting/legal research/legal review and was able to win the lawsuit representing the Neonlight Inc.




2.From 2016.11 - 2017.08 I worked as associate attorney in the Loblaws V. Sunnyside Farm

case. Did personnel questioning/field research and visited the supply chain companies and was able to generate the investigative report that helped won the case representing Loblaws.




3.From 2018.03 - 2019.05 I worked as associate attorney in the Ausprey Co. V. Volkswagen Canada case. Provided the team with legal drafting/legal research/legal review and was able to win the lawsuit representing the Ausprey Co,




4.From 2019.07 - 2020.08 I worked as associate attorney in the Best buy V. Canada Computers case. Provided the team with legal drafting, on-site investigation and evidence collection, contacted professional engineer and designers and was able to generate a case assessment report which helped identifying the main legal issue. Later after getting promoted to senior attorney I took over the the team and finally won the lawsuit representing Bestbuy.




5.From 2020.01 - 2021.09 I worked as senior attorney in the Atlas Electronics V. Blackberry case. As the leader of the Atlas team, I proposed the main defense strategy and how to execute, effectively deconstructed the core disputes between the two sides, and effectively coordinated the work of the entire defense team. Eventually I was able to provide a settlement which both sides benefited from and save them a huge amount of time and legal fees.




6.From 2022.04 - 2023.10 I worked as senior attorney in the Exodus Co. V. Unicorn Travelling case. As the leader of the Exodus team, I was able to

analyze the exterior and interior of the trademarks which were in dispute, and manage to secure the original designers of both said trademarks as expert witnesses. I later won the case representing Exodus Co.




7.From 2023.10 - 2024.05 I worked as senior attorney in the Minsk Inc. V. Lupin Communications case. As the leader of the Minsk team, I provided the main defense strategy, I did a meticulous market research on how exactly was the market share for products from both companies,and found out Minsk's product won't selling as much in the U.S than it was in Canada since Minsk was a Canada -based company. Considering Lupin was an America-based company, I suggested that Minsk drop the lawsuit and instead work with Lupin by authorizing them selling products with Minsk technologies in the U.S. The two sides proceeded with this idea and was able to came to a profitable deal. My knowledge and mindset was widely appreciated.
