• Leading VOLT Volunteer Program (1,000+ active student volunteers): Implementing effective strategies for recruitment, training, and recognition of volunteers, ensuring a positive and impactful volunteer experience.
• Developing Student Leadership Program: Facilitating programs and initiatives aimed at nurturing student leadership skills. Providing guidance and support for emerging student leaders. Fostering a culture of empowerment, responsibility, and collaboration within the student body.
