• Develops format and assists hospital staff with advertising, bidding, and preparation of Standard Agreements and Interagency Agreements.
• Reviews all Invitation for Bids and Request for Proposals; and executes the bid process in accordance with State contracting law, regulations, and policies.
• Responsible for development of Department of State Hospitals - Napa contracts procedures training manuals utilized other Departments or Program Managers.
• Reviews, audits, and analyzes all bid packages and contractor bid proposals for compliance and determines contract award.

Clinic Duties:

• Assists different kinds of specialty consultants, which includes preparation of lab reports, clinic procedures such as testing for EKG, Visual Field Exam, IRT/NTC eye pressure checks, catheterizations, etc.
• Departmental audits for patients quarterly assessments and in-patient and out-patient clinic follow-ups.
• Schedules and coordinates appointments with residential units and clinic escorts.

Nursing Duties:

• Monitored patient behavior and mental health status, ensuring safety and adherence to treatment plans.
• Assisted in implementing therapeutic activities, promoting engagement and social interaction among patients.
