- Develop self-supervised fitting of mouse mesh to 2D segmentations generated by Segment Anything Model. 

- Publish "A Novel Mesh-Based 3D Mouse Pose Estimation with Low Jitter" as MSCS thesis. The new approach improves temporal consistency of pose estimation by up to 50%. The project is done in Pytorch.
