• Work with Demand planning team to strategically order products from over 120 suppliers and support business objectives, managing inventory levels within set KPIs, such as Weeks of Supply, inventory turnover, and Unit Fill Rate.
• Leverage ERP systems (INFOR M3) and Excel to monitor and update the ETA of inbound purchase orders, proactively address and escalate supply chain risks, and conduct root-cause analysis for out-of-stock issues, providing solutions and recovery timelines to senior management
• Collaborate with various departments and external partners, including marketing and international manufacturers, to enhance SKU inventory planning, address logistical challenges, and ensure timely order fulfillment and adherence to service level standards in Canada
